Creative Tension

This is a four-week exploration of the biological rhythms of tension and release — the fundamental pulse of growth processes. Stored in the body, or soma, as we move through life tensions arise in how we approach limits and respond to them. Through developing awareness and being present to our somatic experiences, gradually we learn to engage with tension as a creative force, leading onward to the next stages of growth. In a dive we have the opportunity to stay with these cycles of tension and release, meeting them with interest and curiosity — the early movements of transformation. All of this at the service of fluidity of learning to live on Earth. Classes are interactive, with opportunities to dialogue and dive within the safe “container” of a Continuum gathering.

Format: Delivered via Zoom. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement, and have a yoga mat and a couple of blankets handy. To support the creation of a  'container' for a Continuum practice please join the call from a quiet area where you can settle into a sacred space.
